Roses are red, violets are blue
Well, there weren’t any roses or violets, but the bouquets of flowers were sure pretty. Table upon table, vendor upon vendor of gorgeous, fragrant, beautiful bouquets of flowers. I don’t know how I got out of Pike Place Market without buying anything.
I always want to buy flowers so badly – but since I don’t live there, I hate to do so even when I’m heading directly home. I’m never sure they’ll be as pretty after the drive as they are in the market, though I have been told that tulips will be fine for hours.
Put them in a glass of water in your cup holder?
