I have a small herb garden in my back yard, which has been sorely neglected the last couple of years. My regular chives kicked the bucket, but the garlic chives are hanging in there. The garlic chives have flowered, which I find kind of pretty. If I was using my chives in my cooking, like I should be, there wouldn’t be an opportunity for the chives to flower. As the name suggests, the garlic chives have a light garlic-y flavor. Good stuff!
