Where’s the scarecrow?

 

We’ve got his stuffing!!

When combining wheat, the combine operator can set the header to either cut the wheat high, close to the head leaving a lot of stalk, or cut it lower to spread the stalk in the field.  When cut high, you can then windrow it, gather it up and bale it.  These particular bales are large bales (there are different sizes) and weigh between 800 to 1000 pounds.  I think I’ve got all that right.  Close to it anyway. 🙂
